We bought a large 140 year old house that had a generational bat problem. We had a service out from Lansing, but the bats came back. We called My Bat Guy and Kelly was amazing in taking care of our issue. She sent out their crew to do a total attic restoration, since the problem was so extensive. The crew vacuumed out everything (including all the insulation with the bat droppings in it) into a large dumpster and plugged all the holes throughout the attic, including all the holes the other service missed. They put in some "bat doors" that were one-way, in case they missed any bats that might be squeezed into a crack somewhere, then they came back out to remove those later. They blew in 24" of new insulation and now a year later, we saved enough on our heating bill to pay for the entire service! I can't thank them enough. Had a visitor “a bat” that made its way into our fire place somehow. We didn’t know exactly how it got in there. Was worried that they were maybe nesting up in the chimney box. Called The Bat Guy’s to come out and investigate. They showed up on time and Ron was very professional and checked everything out. In this case we were lucky that it was an isolated issue and there was no colony or nesting in our Attic or chimney box. Would definitely use these guys again! Best rodent company in the area! I have been a part of their annual maintenence program for mice for 2 years and the peace of mind it provides makes the program worth enrolling in. I see people saying the price is high but I disagree,  they are providing a service that most people fear or prefer not to mess with on their own.  I think the cost is a fair value.  They know what they are doing and always explained things clearly when asked.  The office staff is always kind and responsive. The techs that come out to your house are very nice.
