  I changed this review from a 5 star (after being asked immediately to rate their company) to a one star after we had two different companies come out and look at our bat issue. The two different companies took pictures of our attic area and showed us what was actually happening up there. To me pictures that I watched them take and then showed to us sure tells a different story that what the bat guy was telling us. I’m not going to call anyone a liar….but, I do not believe at all that we were told the truth about what actually was going on in our attic. The bat guy charges $99.00 to come out and look things over and give you an estimate. It was an educational $99.00 spent/wasted at best. His tiers of taking care of the bat issue was insane…..we were told, if you go with the lower cost option you will have us back out to install the ridge guard so it will actually take care of the problem…he sure is quite the salesman. My recommendation is to look around at a few different companies and compare their services and guarantees. Pictures do not lie.

  This is the company you want to call if you have a bat problem. Professional, thorough, and tells you what you need to know, all up front. The scheduler will tell you everything you need to know for your appointment, and will answer any questions. I wish more businesses were like this.
