If I wish I could go back in time and never hire them, Me and my husband paid $2700 for them to Remove a raccoon and supposedly we had bats too. They came and put a one-way door on the raccoon entry instead of a live trap knowing very well, raccoons will return to their territory since then, me and my husband had paid for a new roof and made sure that everything was buttoned up nice and tight Now the raccoon is back and this company is trying to say it’s not the same raccoon but yet it’s the same exact spot Even after the soffit was reinstalled, it knew it can get in eventually Like come on raccoons go back to their territory But yeah, they’re saying it’s not the same raccoon and because the raccoon had moved the soffit again that there’s probably bats again which they want another $3000 to do the same thing they were hired to do last spring this company seems like they want these critters to come back so that they can say well they’re back that’s gonna be another $3000 I’m guessing that’s why they put a one-way door in instead of a live trap I guess we paid $2700 to have to do the job ourselves
Do not hire this company. They will do anything to keep having to come back to get paid every year for the same job If my experience is not true, I wouldn’t be wasting my time writing this

When they say removed, they were only blocked out of the house until said devices were taken away for them to come back again There was no hostility you guys did not like our questions why you guys didn’t use a live trap and when you guys did not like our questions Your guy up and just left the premises and you say it’s not the same raccoon and we say it is You’ve never seen the raccoon but yet you say it’s not the same raccoon We have pictures of that raccoon from last Spring You’ve never seen it But you’re still saying it’s not the same raccoon you want us to prove that it’s the same raccoon  How about you guys prove to us it’s  not

After my roofers were done with the installation, your guys came out to do an inspection, which told us that our roofers did  an extremely good job and that everything was buttoned up nice and tight Maybe you should label your company as you guys remove critters and such but not permanently

We bought a large 140 year old house that had a generational bat problem. We had a service out from Lansing, but the bats came back. We called My Bat Guy and Kelly was amazing in taking care of our issue. She sent out their crew to do a total attic restoration, since the problem was so extensive. The crew vacuumed out everything (including all the insulation with the bat droppings in it) into a large dumpster and plugged all the holes throughout the attic, including all the holes the other service missed. They put in some "bat doors" that were one-way, in case they missed any bats that might be squeezed into a crack somewhere, then they came back out to remove those later. They blew in 24" of new insulation and now a year later, we saved enough on our heating bill to pay for the entire service! I can't thank them enough. Had a visitor “a bat” that made its way into our fire place somehow. We didn’t know exactly how it got in there. Was worried that they were maybe nesting up in the chimney box. Called The Bat Guy’s to come out and investigate. They showed up on time and Ron was very professional and checked everything out. In this case we were lucky that it was an isolated issue and there was no colony or nesting in our Attic or chimney box. Would definitely use these guys again! Best rodent company in the area! I have been a part of their annual maintenence program for mice for 2 years and the peace of mind it provides makes the program worth enrolling in. I see people saying the price is high but I disagree,  they are providing a service that most people fear or prefer not to mess with on their own.  I think the cost is a fair value.  They know what they are doing and always explained things clearly when asked.  The office staff is always kind and responsive. The techs that come out to your house are very nice.
